 Looking to improve you Golfing Performance?

Golf Performance Package 2 is designed as an additional element to Golf Performance Package 1 .  This add-on assessment, analyses additional variables which determine golf performance, such as nutritional health, sleep patterns, digestive health, hormonal health and stress.

This package requires one of our Health & Fitness Specialists to send out a number of key forms by email.  Once they are filled in and sent back to SOS Centres by post, the Health & Fitness Specialist will spend 2 hours assessing priorities and creating a more comprehensive performance programme than just fitness alone. 

The Health & Fitness Specialist would spend 90 minutes on the day going through key areas together to ensure all aspects of health and performance are taken into consideration.  This normally adds a further £250 to the cost of Golf Performance Package 1, so in total the two packages together would be £550.   

You could complete Golf Performance Packages 1+2 on one day or spilt this process into two visits. The total time will be approximately 6 hours.

Golf Performance Package 2 costs £250 (inc VAT).
